Soundwave Audio — Local services in Stuart

Polite and Friendly. I asked about 2 items for my Chevy Silverado, a new Amp, and a set of 6.5 door speakers. But before they could give me a quote, they needed to see the truck. So i drove back home to pick up the truck and brought it back to the shop. I was quoted $579 for a JL AUDIO XD400/4V2 amplifier and $340 for FOCAL 165 AC apeakers. I never heard of these brands, but I decided to purchase thinking I was getting the best price from the shop. I installed the items, and it sounded pretty good. Nothing spectacular from what I replaced due to age, but good. Out of curiosity, I wanted to see if I got a pretty good deal on the price. I looked up the JL AUDIO and found I saved about $40 based on purchase and shipping. ok, nice, love it. But when I looked up the FOCAL 165 AC, I paid $70 more for what the item was selling on Amazon. I had a comment in an earlier review about the price difference, and Soundwave Audio called me based on the review. They offered to credit me the $70 difference that I had researched. I have never had any shop do that for me. They really made my Verteran's Day. I have 2 other vehicles that I will be bringing to them to load them up with audio good stuff....

Manny I was pleasantly pleased and completely satisfied with my service experienced at Soundwave Audio. My factory radio went kaput, and the dealer would only replace the same old factory 2017 technology which did not support Waze. (Are you kidding me NO WAZE?)

I called Soundwave and Jay the owner, told me to come on down and he would take care of installing the aftermarket radio I had purchased. The minute I walked in the door, I saw they were terribly busy, and I said, this is not going to happen, Jay himself started the installation and his team, (Kenny, Scott, and Benny) pitched in when they could. They got the radio installed.

This service is amazing. I was responded to immediately. Originally I was informed that the shop was extremely busy today, and that I could come by for an estimate and then set up an appointment. (It’s the week of Christmas) so I understood that I was making A request for service on a very busy week. However much to my surprise I was given the repair needed on the spot!! I’m very grateful for the time and attention on such a busy day. In these days of lack of customer service today I was pleasantly surprised and very grateful for the service I was given.
