A majority of the reviews mention the lack of organization. This is true. There are so many things in the store, and there are so many things that have been picked up and placed in random spots by customers. Sizing is a mess. I saw 2 women that were non stop pricing and organizing items, but it didn't help much, because the store is huge. This store carries a lot of nice name brands like American Eagle, Philosophy, Calvin Klein, and Nike. A lot of the stuff is on clearance, or priced very affordably. There are tons of nice baby things, toys, and home products, including spices and snacks. The store is a bit overwhelming, and it is very disorganized. Looked like a hurricane had run through it. There were 4 employees upfront, they were not the most friendly, but they weren't terribly rude. The worst part: the parents just letting their kids run around all over the place, these kids were just running into people randomly, or randomly getting in the way. The store sells rolling office chairs, and the kids roll all over the store on them. No one says anything to the kid’s parents. Then the parents have the nerve to glare at you instead of asking their kids to calm down. Not a peaceful shopping experience by any means, but if you like a good...
Read moreGood afternoon I used to really love your chain stores. but several times when I visit, I see that the quality of goods has decreased, the choice has become smaller, and the area of the store has also become smaller. This may be due to cost cutting. I understand correctly? but the impression from the store is a little sad. I usually left with full shopping bags. Last time I bought only one sweatshirt for my husband... and didn’t find anything interesting for myself. and it also seemed to me that the increased number of advertisements interferes with the perception of the trading floor as a whole, creating the impression of a flea market. but perhaps this is my personal impression. although the garbage bag in which our purchase was packed made a depressing impression on me. I was ashamed to leave the store, as if I had emptied a trash can. I paid money for the pleasure of shopping, but not for garbage... and where did the cashiers go? Several cash desks used to work. now, if you're lucky, there are two, but usually one. Going to the store should be fun, don't you agree? But you yourself deprive us buyers of this pleasure, and therefore you...
Read moreDon’t go to this location to make a return, none of the employees know what they’re doing!!!!! Went to go make a return for my mom. I’ve done this a million times and it’s never been an issue. Stood in line for 30 mins with 2 employees at the registers. Got to the front, they scan the receipt and the employee tells me the person who purchased the item needs to be there with her ID or PASSPORT LOLOL. Who would bring their passport? They told me I couldn’t return the item and made me waste my time. My mom never even showed her ID when she purchased the item. So why would I have to show an ID when I make a return??? They were so incompetent. They were also really rude.
And also, someone correct me if I’m wrong, but in order to make a return you need the item you are returning in good condition with the tag on (in this case it was luggage that hadn’t been touched with the tag still on), the original receipt, and the card which you purchased with (which I had). Don’t bother going here to make a return, they make no sense and don’t know what...
