I just so happened to be in the store doing a delivery for a customer where I was trying to get assistance from one of the workers her name was Cara. Cara decided that because she was about to leave that she didn't have to assist in any appropriate manner whatsoever as a Michael's employee. Cara decided to tell me that because she didn't have a computer she wasn't able to assist me. I found that quite funny considering I didn't know that you needed a computer to assist the customer. It was quite funny when James and framing was able to assist me and Cara couldn't? I definitely think that in the event that they are too good to do their job until they are officially clocked out that maybe they shouldn't be working on Michael's where they have to deal with humans on a daily basis. Then after James was done assisting me and I was finishing what I needed to do on my end with the customer I had some other lady come by and say hey did you find help I imagine it was because when I walked off from Cara earlier I wasn't very pleasant. Cara decided to continue popping off her mouth as she was clocking off the clock. It is extremely clear that decorum is missed on Cara and Cara probably shouldn't work with other people or she needs some better training. I as a customer do not have to deal with such inefficiencies from a worker and if Cara thought that I was rude it was only because Cara gave attitude while throwing her arms in the air about how she couldn't help whn I asked for her assistance because she knew she was about to leave. I highly hope she gets some efficient training on how to behave with customers no matter what time it is. And James deserves a kudos because not only did he help he also tried one more thing and went and found a Palm Pilot just 2 double-check which is more than the other person did because James clearly has pride in...

Another lady in the back I was trying to look for an item I saw online walk back and forth for good honeslty 5m I looked at my time on my phone... I went up to her and asked her help she was very rude ... she was talking to another customer as if I didn't understand what they're saying. I appolizged even though I did not need to because I needed help. im not there to stand and talk about my personal life. Read moreJust got back from this particular Michael's. I enjoy the selections they have, however, I had a really bad experience with the cashier. While waiting in line, she proceeds to say 'Next at 4 if there is anyone' in a very sarcastic tone. I walk up and hand her some jelly pens I was purchasing. As I'm putting in my number for rewards, she proceeds to say, 'That's your total on the screen' in yet another very sarcastic tone. My total was $15.09, so I hand her $20 and say I have the .09 cents. She proceeds to sigh very heavily and she goes, 'ok I'm not here today to deal with this, like I would rather give you back your exact change' to which I'm looking at her like... Uhhhh... and then she goes 'If you do give me the .09 cents I give you back a five right?' and I'm like 'Yes, you would give me back five.'
