I purchased a out door wicker patio set. I was told it required no Assembly the salesman picked it up saying see its one piece. Got home and not only did the table need Assembly the glider needs assembly as well. The table had instructions and was easy to assemble but the love seat did not come with instructions . I called both the ware house and the store . They didn't have instructions I asked if they had instructions on you tube , he said no its a new model and told me to look at Sun dales video as its similar. That video went by their blue print with numbers and letters. I was unable to follow . I called the store back and they told me to call the ware house but their furniture comes assembled. No answer, called the store back and was placed on hold for 15 mins . I hung up and called back and the salesman pick the phone up and hung up . I called back again he hung up again. I continued to call. And finally the manager answered. I told him about the rude salesman he apologized and said they are busy. I said I don't care his busy you are , you don't hang up on customers. I asked where do I bring the furniture back because I no longer want it . He said all sales are final. I asked for the store manager again he said he was the manager . I said you sound like the guy who sold me the furniture. He said yes . I then said why did you lie to me and say it required no Assembly? He said well 80 % is assembled , I said 80 % is not 100 % and you give no instructions on how to assemble it . I said you lied to get the sale . Bottom line I still don't have instructions , they are rude and have poor customer service. They create problems and don't resolve them .I will never patronize them ever again . please go else where. Initially, our interaction with the representative at the store was smooth, and we proceeded to pay for delivery. However, upon receiving the items on 05/24/2024, we discovered that one chair had been supplied with the wrong cushion color.
Upon contacting the store, we were instructed to email pictures and a description of the issue, which we promptly did. Despite assurances that the matter would be addressed, we received no callback. Subsequent follow-ups yielded promises of resolution, but these were consistently unfulfilled.
After numerous attempts to rectify the situation, we finally spoke to Naveed on Thursday, 05/30/2024, only to be informed that the correct item wouldn't be available until the following week due to a system error. Furthermore, we were informed that we would need to physically return to the store with the incorrect cushions to exchange them for the correct ones—after we paid $200 for delivery. This is not only inconvenience for me as a customer but also showcase the store's lack of professionalism and poor customer service.

However, he would not give any pricing on the table set I was interested in until he spoke with store manager. The store manager was inpatient and pushy. The store manager finally gave me a price quote with discounts for pre July 4th sale. Upon asking for sheet of info to review further he refused to give me the sheet with information as he said he was breaking store policy to let me have this info as I could use it to my benefit and go to another Chair King store where they would not honor quote. He went on to say that if I gave him 25% down of the total amount I could have info sheet & if I decided not to purchase table then I would get my money back. At this point I refused to fall for his marketing tactics & I purchased the one chair I needed. (He did honor the chair price I had previously paid after I showed him my invoice & it came up on my purchase history. (Since Jan. 2019, I have purchased $6000 worth of furniture).
