I had a very disappointing in my first experience here. I believe it was Tran who did my lashes. I scheduled my appointment the day before because I urgently needed lash extensions before traveling. Less than 30 minutes before my appointment, I was told she would be late. After driving 40 minutes to get there, I ended up waiting in my car about 30 minutes to before start.

During the application, the glue burned my eyes and I’m normally not sensitive to lash glue. One lash was placed too close to my tear duct, causing constant watering and irritation. While she was working on my lashes, she was also focused on chatting with a coworker who was gossiping about her clients, which felt very unprofessional. After seeing the final look, I expressed that I wasn’t happy and that it wasn’t what I asked for. The lashes were very thin and not as full as I wanted, and the curl pattern didn’t match my eye shape. She did try her best to fix it by adding more lashes to create a fuller look, but it still wasn’t what I wanted, so I just let it go since I was in a hurry to catch my flight.

I had an incredible experience during my recent eyelash session! Giang was incredibly skilled. The results are absolutely stunning – my lashes look full, lush, and beautifully natural. My sister and I got our lashes done on Friday the 12th. This was my first time and my sisters. We absolutely love them. My sister got hers done by Jenna and she did an amazing natural look. They look so great on her. Emily Nguyen did a wispy look on me and they came out amazing. What I love about this shop the most is how the lashes feel so light. It feels like nothing there.
