Definitely DO NOT switch to Verizon! I wish I would’ve read reviews before transferring my mobile service to them. The worst company ever. I signed up for a promotional offer and to have my number transferred. The number transfer has been a nightmare. They have no clue what they’re doing. Had to contact customer service multiple times from my daughter’s phone because I had no service. Then, when I received my first bill, it was significantly more than I was told it would be. Again, called customer service and was told they credited my account and fixed it. Lies! Received my next bill. Slightly lower, but still quite a bit higher than it was supposed to be. Again, called customer service & was told they credited my account and fixed it. Again Lies!! I’m still being charged more than I signed up for. Do NOT be fooled by their “promotional offers.” It’s a bunch of lies and they will screw you out of more money. As soon as I can, I will be changing my phone company and will NEVER do business with Verizon again. Also, reporting them to BBB. Verizon should be shut down for their sketchy...
Read moreI "Upgraded" to the LG G5 a few months ago. The first phone was terrible and never accepted phone calls, dropped calls, and never let me recieve text messages. They replaced the sim card and sent me out the door. There was no change in performance. It took me 1 month to finally have them replace their fualty product with an exact twin phone. Now, the same thing is happening. But guess what! Like before, "your warrenty has expired". Basically, its the typical method, "it's not our problem" being used. For your own own sanity, dont buy this phone- the LG G5- especially from verizon. Now that i think of it, dont go with verizon altogether! We have had many problems in the past. Last year, i had to use my GZgear flip phone because my samsung phone didnt work either; let alone samsung's awful battery reliability. Their billing is too high, their quality in product reliability is shady, and they take no responsability for what they promote. No wonder the "Can you hear me now?" guy...

After listening to her try to make this sale with the pitch that its a piece of junk so you have to spend a ton of money just to protect it I left.She didnt give this man any options and I think it was horrible.
