It's been several years since I've been in this store. It's either that I'm not in the market for new gadgets, I have what I think are enough for now or I shop online for sales. I was with my son & there was an item he found on sale & site said one in store. It was an opened box item. We searched, searched with no luck. After 30 min looking around we ended up with two employees scratching their heads because they to were coming up empty. I think after 50 min a third staff member remembers where they saw the item. They found it. It was in a different type box & not on the floor where it should've been. All the looking, it was on a shelf where items are I forget which (either waiting on repair or just coming out of) The store has very little shelves that are taller than 5 feet. The isles are wide, products displayed nice & neatly. All the gadgets I tinkered with were powered on & working. I believe I was asked if I needed any help in each of the departments...
Read moreThis Best Buy is a great place to shop. They don't hassle you over price matches and the generally have a knowledgeable staff if you're talking to the right people. The automotive installer talked to me at length about various products, benefit types, and was willing to engage in very technical details on how things work, why they do what they do and point me in the right direction. The same can be said for Geek Squad. Those guys are willing to spend time with you to help you understand the process and what's going on. Stevie was a big help in a consult over advanced use cases on a new laptop I was looking at. A great seller as well, he convinced me of all the benefits and reasons why becoming a TotalTech member is the right choice. I messed up and he didn't get credit for my sign up unfortunately. If corporate is reviewing these, make sure Stevie gets honorary credit for my TotalTech...
Read moreReview forTARGET, specifically: Drove over an hour to get there to find a the Eddie Munson Funko Pop, but of COURSE they didn't have it! They're supposed to be the only seller anywhere, only releasing a couple of certain ones at a time in the greatest of secrecy unless you've got big connections to know when EXACTLY they're on the shelves and sleep outside as if they're concert tickets. Then these selfish ingrates go charging in the moment Target opens and scoop them ALL up for $20 each, then turn around and sell them on EBay for $200. I drove my daughter over an hour to Target TWICE, looking, because she saw online that Target has "secret" days when there are a few released. Idk if its Target or the Funko manufacturer but its ridiculous. They should be affordable and...
