We have been using the Lost Sock on a semi regular basis for about three years. I have always been happy with how our laundry turns out. I send all of my sheets because I cannot fold them well. They also do a lovely job on our clothes. The Lost Sock uses a very high quality natural detergent (Biokleen, I believe). The natural detergent isn’t always able to get the tougher stains out of my children’s’ clothes, so I have sent along a bottle of Tide for their clothes. They will also use bleach if you ask (I do this for my husband’s undershirts). Our clothes always come back clean, soft and folded so perfectly. I also very much appreciate how they sort the clothes by type/size so they are so easy to put away. We now receive a text when our clothes are ready which I love.
