Horrible customer service October 16 around 6am i went to get two large coladas and a guy by the name of Gilberto was really rude. He asked do you want double cortada I told him no i want two coldas there's a difference. I told him your going to ask me again (i dont go very often and if i do its always him and same thing happens same question). He was like yes im going to ask you. He started cursing at me in spanish say im rude person go to H#$%. I did the same im not going to allow that. He said im not going to assistesld you. So there was a lady and assisted me and he was with a customer and said Stupid to me I told him excuse me. He said what you heard i called the cops. Cops didnt do anything but Store manager will be informed. Many people had issues with this...

THIEVES* SCAMMERS INTENTIONALLY SELLING DEFECTIVE ITEMS.If I could give negative stars I would. I was only in the area for a few hours due to work and purchased a USB cord and this "Fast" wall charger. The charger didn't work. I came back approximately 17:45 and the 2 ladies at the counter refused to honor my return stating that they were not the cashier that made the transaction and the owner doesn't allow return when they are not there. They would not give me store credit or refund on defective item that I bought less than 6hrs prior. This 7eleven is FULL OF THEIVES. They gwt off on the fact that post people are only here for a short time and more than likely can not come back the next day at a time convenient...

This is the worst store I’ve been in my lifetime! I’ve been all around the world multiple times and I love 7/11 stores, convenient, fast, etc…! Today, Monday October the 30th at 3:30pm those two ladies whose working in there were rude and nasty, I tried to ask for help but they just shouted at me several times while I was trying to get help, not even had the chance to say one word, also soda machine wasn’t cold, and there’s no ice!!! This is Miami! Come on…. The food look old and cold, no way! You managers, you owners, need to act immediately, I humbly ask check the security cameras and see what happened, you need to remodel your store! Blesses for you, specially those ladies...
