I actually used Creative Audio and the work was terrible and the installer did a horrible job. I contacted Kevin several times and he refused to correct the mistakes made by his company. In addition, Kevin improperly charged me for a service call. The service call was the direct result of bad work done the Creative audio installer and Kevin knew the mistake was done the installer. Kevin charged me and the installer could not fix the problem and admitted his inept wiring caused the problem. Also, I had a doorbell system installed by Creative Audio and it also for a disaster. Every time the doorbell rang it would change the radio station or turn off the system. Creative Audio was unable to fix the problem and when I requested the system be removed. Kevin demanded that I pay to remove the system that never worked. I told Kevin it was crazy for me to pay him to remove a system that never worked properly. Kevin would not remove or reimburse me for a system that never worked properly. Accordingly, I went directly to Control 4. After explaining the mess caused by Creative Audio, Control 4 agreed, at its expense, to send another a different company out to try and repair faulty doorbell system installed by Creative Audio. I am to this day trying to get a refund for the service call. Also, the installer will wait until the system is almost in and request your old equipment. It is very unprofessional and makes you feel if you don't give the installer the equipment the system will not be installed properly. Creative is very unprofessional and do not stand behind...

I would highly recommend Creative Audio Video and Automation. We wanted to get a home theater system installed that would be easy for my wife and children to control. We also wanted audio throughout the home as well.

Kevin designed a great system for my home. He stayed within my budget and went above and beyond with his professionalism. I got a bid/design from him the same day. I couldn't believe it! He also showed me through demonstrations how easy the theater would be as well as control of the whole house audio system. I was extremely impressed. They were on time, neatly dressed for the job, efficient, and skilled. They even took the time to educate my entire family on how to use the remotes and keypads.
