Four Nines — Local services in Surprise

I walked in today to sell a few pieces of gold and silver jewelry. I usually go to local pawn shops but chose to go here instead, and i’m real a happy man now that I did. Immediately I was met with quality sales professionals that went literally above and beyond, making me feel comfortable confident and at home. The sales associates have a very keen attitude on creating future friendships. The sales team is a pairing like one i’ve never seen before, they weren’t fully worried about me buying or selling. But more so on setting good relationships for future business and making sure I was comfortable. Which is something me as a 21 year old does not see much of anywhere anymore. The buy manager Kevin was incredibly respectful and helpful with the process, he checked any and every item they had interest in and told me what he was willing to buy and where I may be able to sell the rest that they didn’t want. The sales associate Kim was wonderful in showing me all sorts of different affordable jewelry within the shop, telling me anything and everything she could answer. I didn’t catch the name of the very last gentleman I talked with, but he was an absolute help with the silver and gold bullions. There wasn’t a person in there that didn’t help me and show me respect. Definitely a good store, with good products, and an exemplary team. I hope to do more business soon with this location and team at four nines...

We had a fantastic experience with Four Nines, Surprise. We purchased a beautiful piece of jewelry and sold some of our own jewelry and coins. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and welcoming throughout the entire process. They gave us a fair price for our items and helped us find exactly what we were looking for when buying.
