The only reason Iâm giving a one star review is because The experience that I with Manager Coleen Forbes. Iâm a regular here at the store Iâm always shopping at this Bloomingdaleâs itâs very convenient right next to my house and I love the clothing and the prices but after today I will not be going back. Went to return a pair of pants that my boyfriend bought the day prior took them home and they didnât fit. The tag was removed but we had the receipt and she made us feel so attacked like because of the condition the bottom seam of the pants. Manager Coleen kept questioning us and say and I quote âlike honestly you really come to a store to buy a pair of pants in this type of condition and not notice how they look before you purchase themâ Made us feel really uncomfortable like we were dumb and when she kept asking the same thing repeatedly like accusing of lying and stealing. I have retail experience for over 10 years and let me tell thatâs not a way you treat a customer for trying to make a honest return because something didnât fit.    Read moreI am VERY DISAPPOINTED. I used to buy in this store a lot. But today..just today and now.....was the last day in my entire life that I buy anything in this store. Pretty sad the owner believe in the manager of the store thinking she will treat their customers in a nice way, (We, are the customer, the people who spend their money in the store). This lady (the manager or maybe an employee) was closing the gate at 5:50 pm on 04/24/22 when I told her to let me go please really quick that my kids were waiting out side, and she just ignored me, she told me to go through the street....I had to leave all the clothes I was about to buy, and run outside of the street as fast as I could trying to go back to the mall through another door and get to my kids. She just didn't care at all, very RUDE and CARELESS from her. The owner should know this and be very carefull with the employees they choose to represent...
   Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. On Tuesday May 16th at 7:25 pm the cashier told me there was no one else to show me the shades so I had to wait for her to finish the transaction. Despite her attitude, I understood and waited for her to finish, she kept on with the other customers that had just got there instead of helping us. Looked at my husband and I several times and just decided not to help us. I was going to look for the manager but I honestly donât have the time to tell them how terrible their employees are, 0 training , 0 customer service.
