I usually don't rate anything this was my first first time coming to this store and HORRIBLE experience like I have never ever been treated like this in another coffee shop/restaurant I personally work in restaurant customer service and this beans and brews customer service is HORRIBLE we stop by because we were on our way to a family meeting it all started when they took our order rushing us and then I ask the cashier to repeat the order she did and it was all wrong and who I think it was the manager a (native woman) she came to the drive thru window all mad and told us and what we wanted and she “fixed” when the food and the drinks came out it was all wrong I told the cashier just to let her know and the manager approached us to the window and started yelling us that we didn’t know how to order I told her to let me speak and she started yelling and closed the window on us and didn’t give us the sandwich the total of our order it wasn’t $5 my dad spent almost $50 then we enter the building to ask for the sandwich and the manager ( native woman) started yelling at us badly and threatening to call the cops you can check cameras, she then proceeded to tell us that we need to speak clearly assuming my mom is a Hispanic woman, but she manages both English and Spanish. I know customer aren’t always right but if you really want and care about customers you take that “extra”mile, she could’ve simply apologize and be like sorry, she just could’ve gave us what we ask for, we order a coco medium frappe with only one shot of espresso no whipped cream a caramel cream with one shot of espresso and iced mr beans with whipped cream, food was a breakky tacos, a B-cheesy with pesto and a Turkey panini on wheat, b cheesy didn’t have pesto, panini was sourdough and not wheat, coco bean had 2 shots of espresso which im breastfeeding thats why I ask only one Because it could cause damage to my baby if I drink to much, the manager actually woke up my baby who was sleeping in the car by closing that window in our face, thats totally disrespectful, have manners, seriously doesn’t even deserve a one start but i cant write the review...

Although the energy refresher things are awfully inconsistent, everything else is always really good and exactly what you expect. Just wish the new drinks were more reliable with their flavor. We’ve received some really watery ones, most with the flavor really stuck at the bottom. These are the only option for my milk hating kids but most of the time these go wasted. We’ve stuck to ordering extra flavor. The other locations make these stronger.
Usually love beans and brews. I’ve gone to the different locations for years.
Today, 1/20 I asked what options I can get as decaf when I went through the drive thru. I also said “decaf” twice while actually ordering. 1. It was after 2pm and I wanted to be able to sleep, but most importantly 2. I have a bad medical reaction to caffeine. I had some rewards to use from spending so much here.. and I tipped.. and I’m 100% sure I was given full caffeine. It has ruined my entire day honestly, because it causes my heart rate to go so high due to a medication I take.
I just want to be able to still have coffee. I love it. Your workers need to be reminded that someone might order decaf not because they are Mormon or something, but out of actual medical need. Sorry it’s a pain to brew some decaf...

The cozy, laid-back atmosphere makes it a great place to start the morning or unwind in the afternoon, and the baristas are always friendly, quick, and genuinely upbeat. You feel like more than just a customer here—you feel known.
I absolutely have to shout out their Caramel Cielo, which is hands down my favorite drink. It’s rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness and espresso kick. Whether it’s iced, hot, or blended, it never disappoints. It’s the kind of drink that feels like a little luxury in a cup, and I look forward to it every time I walk through their doors.
The menu is broad enough that there’s something for every kind of coffee lover—or non-coffee drinker, for that matter—and the quality is consistently high. Their seasonal specials are always worth trying, and the customization options make it easy to get exactly what you’re craving.
Whether I’m grabbing something on the go or hanging out to get a little work done, Beans & Brews delivers a reliable, welcoming experience every time. Great drinks, kind people, and that unmistakable neighborhood feel—it’s everything you want from your local...
