Arctic Circle — Restaurant in Syracuse

Have been going here for years and have been extremely disappointed in their service as of late. Four fudge brownie shakes were made wrong at first which is no big deal, if she had offered to remake them. She just stood their and complained about it then turned to go remake them. Watching a bit closer she didn't actually remake them just scooped a bit of ice cream out and threw a couple brownies on top. In my opinion, for a $5 shake, that's ridiculous when you don't even get what you ordered. Not to mention they were just about all the way melted and ice cream was flowing down the side. I get you guys are understaffed, but when you have waited over 20 minutes to get 4 shakes, you hope to get what you pay for without the employees getting upset and not owning up to a mistake they made. If they were remade correctly there would have been 0 problems. I can't say I'll be returning...

DO NOT GO TO THIS ARCTIC CIRCLE. I sent this note to the owner 3 weeks ago and did not receive a response:

I'm very dissapointed in the service and quality of the Syracuse location. We just left there and was charged $45 for dinner for 5. They got the order wrong through the drive though. I'm confident they overcharged me and there were extra burgers in the bag we didn't order and didn't need. They did not provide a receipt. After each item we ordered, the employee who seemed to be rushing us through said "is that it?" The cookie dough shakes, which are usually fantastic, were vanilla ice cream with only 4 small pieces of cookie dough at the top. The fries were hot and perfectly cooked. I have been disappointed the last few times I've been there and felt it necessary to share with management the poor service and poor quality of food that I usually get at...

We go here because it’s close to our house and the prices are decent. We usually go to get shakes. I’ve been maybe 4 times in the past six months and every single time they forget something or there is hardly any toppings. Last time they charged us for an extra shake. At first, we told them they gave us an extra and they said we could keep it. We were excited that we got a free and extra shake, but they didn’t tell us we paid for it. $30 for 6 shakes— I realize this may be normal for other places but not for this place. We loved this place because it was reasonably priced. Usually they miss one thing in all or most of the shakes— last night it was like they took all the (6+) toppings we ordered mixed them all together with ice cream and poured them into 6 cups. I had a snickers, banana, peanut butter cup and cashew milkshake. Yum?!...
