Starbucks — Restaurant in Syracuse

The shift manager that works today Saturday April 27 at 8 am was so immature and rude. I asked for more sweet foam because my macha with no ice looked flat they went ahead and put more. I drove to work and began to drink it but it was flat not foamy. I called back and talked to the supervisor that by the way refused to give me her name because she felt threatened. Really? She said that because I asked with no ice the foam went to the button. Not true I buy machas on a daily basis and usually they are great and foamy every time I ask with out any ice. So She refused to make it right..she said I was wrong every time I told her that machas without any ice do not cause the sweet foam to fall to the bottom of the drink. She mentioned that if the drink sits the sweet foam begins to basically go towards the bottom of the drink. I then asked so it was indeed just sitting there for a while, perhaps this drink was made for someone else before me? She was offfffeeended, it seemed, as she continued to say that my drink es made when I ordered it. That No ice drinks will cause the sweet foam to basically vanish to the bottom.

I kept correcting her by telling her she is wrong by telling me, ( someone who drink MACHAS on Daily basis) that a Flat macha is normal when it is no ice (Basically).

She said she was the shift Supervisor yet she went to ask someone else wether she could make me another Macha- she came back with an attitude saying she couldn’t, they couldn’t offer me a replacement) Hello, she is the “Supervisor”, who is she asking for permission?

Her words, “ your order was made right, it was made the way you wanted it”! Heck no it wasn’t, it was like drinking a Soda without...

I can honestly say that I have never left a bad review for Starbucks but I am going to for this location. We are military and have lived in several places and I get Starbucks almost daily. Since moving here and using this location, I have experienced nothing but rudeness from most of the staff. It seems to be the boys that work there that I have the issues with. If you don’t order, your mobile order at least five minutes ahead of time they will reprimand you in the drive-through line even though the place was completely dead, and there was no one ahead of me or behind me. I’ve also had my drink made incorrectly multiple times, and when I asked if they could fix it, they get very agitated and tell me that I am wrong and my drink is not. I have even had to take my incorrect beverage down to the Layton location to have them fix it just because this location is such a pain to deal with. I literally watched an employee put almond milk into my drink that was straight water because he didn’t shake it up and when I asked him if he could add a little more but shake it up first, he got agitated and told me that this is how the almond milk looks, then when I asked him to remake the drink he made it completely wrong and proceeded to talk about me to his colleges in their headsets, like I couldn’t hear them. I am very kind and friendly and never have raised a voice to them or given attitude and yet that is what I receive in return. I am honestly super shocked and will most likely be taking my service to the Layton location from now on. I will add that this seems to be the mid day and afternoon staff, and again it’s been multiple males who work there that I’ve encountered...

It is my grandaughter's 18th birthday today. I went to Starbucks Syracuse Ut to get her Pumpkin Spice Iced Chai befote she left for school. I also wanted to purchase a cute Starbucks Cup to put it in I walked in about 6:30am and picked out a cup and took it to the counter. The young man working asked if it was new and i said, yes. He asked me to take the lid off and remove " the stuff". I was confused and said, " what?". He said, ' oh well i will just do it. I can just wash it in the BATHROOM" and gestured towards the public bathroom. I looked down the hall mortified and said, " cant you just wash the cup in the sink behind you? It seems extremely unsanitary to wash it in a PUBLIC BATHROOM!!!" Then the girl sets my drink order on the counter next to someone else's food order so i asked if this was my order and she very rudely said , if your name is ......its your order". I will NEVER go back but be warned if you buy a new Starbucks cup it will be washed in the public bathroom. 🤮...
