Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Tamarac

How I love a warm Krispy Kreme. if you are going to pay the calories at least make it worth it by eating a warm Krispy Kreme. When I was in school on Friday one of the teachers had brought in the original glazed donuts for her students but they were green and they were so cute. She pretended the leprechaun dropped them off for her students while they were at lunch.

After dinner at Laspadas my daughter and I were in the mood for something sweet and I wanted to get some of the donuts for St. Patricks day. The nearest Krispy Kreme to us was the one on Commercial by the turnpike. Even though it was a 20 minute drive we headed on over.

When we arrived the hot dounut light was on. When we went in I didn't see the green original glazed and asked the girl working at the counter for them to which she replied they didn't have them. I showed here the picture on the outside of the display of them and she again asserted that they did not have them. I was sorely disappointed but went with a couple of the chocolate iced donuts with the green sprinkles. My daughter asked if we could get the hot glazed for the rest of the box. The girl looked really put out that we wanted hot donuts. When we asked for them hot she tried to act like it wasn't something they did. When we insisted she finally agreed. Then she came back and said we could have the green ones hot if we wanted. What? A minute ago she didn't have the green ones. I looked towards the back and there was an entire tub of the green glazed donuts ready to go. 5 minutes later we had the hot green glazed donuts which were what we came for. The customer service here is awful and the donuts are the food of the Gods. I get much better service at the Ft. Lauderdale location but I don't pass by there too much. Summary: . My delivery period was 8:34 am and I was received a text my order was cancelled at 8:54 am.

I ordered online I received a delivery time period but when the Doordarsh driver came that's when I was told my delivery was canceled. Meanwhile I did not order through doordash. I called Krispy Kreme and this woman spent time with me to reorder but she was saying that my order online had an amount on it and no items. After putting me on hold she was able to establish is because my order was canceled. So now I have a second driver calling me telling me I need to cancel the order (I didn't order through Doordarsh, therefore Krispy Kreme would have to cancel the Doordarsh order.) I asked the driver to let me speak to the manager and I wanted her to cancel the order from DoorDash so that no other driver get called to do the order and waste their time. A lady came over the phone and was basically telling me the order was cancelled, which I already knew, I just wanted DoorDash to know the order was cancelled. I told her I was at work and I can't have a bunch  of DoorDash driver calling me about an order that was cancelled. She told the driver: "she said stop calling her" With the nastiest tone. That was not the point as I am writing this DoorDash calls me again and said you want to cancel this order and I am like I did not put any order with DoorDash take it up with Krispy Kreme because the order was...

This Krispy Kreme location has to be the absolute WORST in Florida. Terrible service and food appearance.Today (Sunday), My friends and I went to get 10 dozen donuts for pickup at 10am. We picked them up around 12pm. When we arrived home, we saw and tried the donuts, and they were horrible. The glaze on the donuts melted off on the cardboard box, the donuts were stiff, the glaze tasted disgusting, boxes were dirty and broken. Mind you, we went last week (Thursday) to a different location that’s 3 minutes away from this location. On Thursday, it was the same drill where we went to get the donuts for pickup at 10am and arrived at 12pm. The donuts were perfect and delicious. So, today, we arrived home and called this location. The employees were extremely arrogant and disrespectful. They explained to us how it was our fault for this issue. We had to call customer service to complain about their disrespect and how they turned the fault towards us. Well, we can’t go back to get different donuts because we needed these donuts today.
