The food is pretty good don't get me wrong but here's my issues with this place. They tell you it's going to be a half hour to an hour that's fine and dandy when you let me know. I made a online order and then called in a half hour later and was told on the phone another hour before the person even got my name not the young women at the front. Now this is the funny part I get acall from the younger lady asking if I was canceling my order because the other lady said I wanted to cancel when all I asked was how long then said thank you and hung up after being given the info . I let her mmr know I didn't want to cancel I paid over $50 for me and my wife to have a good dinner. They ended up taking an additional hour after I gave them 1 hour so now 2 hours and the whole time I'm there I arrived after hour 1 to check in my food still was not being made and others had waited 2 hours. You need to lower you business or let people know hey its going to be 2 hours for food and their excuse is busy it was a Friday night bit I have gone more then once and it's a common occasion they take around 2 hours to make not a large amount of food they supply the uber and door dashers first. Terrible service . You need more cooking space more people making food and to get rid of your online service ls or do only online services and est times being over and hour no matter when you call in any day of the week and worst part was last time I came to this place I spent similar money around $50 and they got 2 of the items on my order that I waited over an hour for wrong. I have to say if there's anybody that has not rated this place it's because they want to gatekeep and keep this place to themselves This place is amazing the food was by far some of the best hibachi I have had and for the price range I was blown away literally everything I tasted was amazing and I spent a good amount of money so you won't have to to know I got the Blue mountain sushi roll or snow mountain either way it was iconic stuffed with shrimp tempura avocado cucumber and topped with a spicy crab mixture and crunchies it also had some eel sauce this roll was absolutely perfection and so feeling I almost did not get to my platter in which I got the steak and chicken combo which was super affordable it came with fried rice mixed vegetables the meat of choice and it also came with soup water or a soda of course I opted for the soup which was a beef and onion soup that was absolutely delightful I did not need to add any additional seasoning to the food with shocked me The meat was flavored perfectly and seasoned the steak was cooked the best that I've had in a long time and so was the chicken The yum yum sauce is amazing This is by far my new spot for hibachi if you are thinking about this place stop thinking and just go You won't regret it also LUCY the Host 💜🥹👏🏾 amazing job welcoming and greeting everyone making sure the food was spot on and being a delight super patient super friendly and such an amazing example of exceptional customer service for her alone I...

I ordered online at 7:17pm, arrived at 7:38pm to pick up. They told me it will be another 45 mins before my food is ready. There were TONS of order tickets on the back counter that needed to be prepared. I knew 45 mins wasn’t it. I returned and still waited longer. Finally got the food at 8:40pm. When I returned there were 13 people in the lobby waiting & boy they looked annoyed. Someone asked what’s the wait to get food before placing their order & you can see the hesitation in the young lady taking orders. She asked someone else what’s the wait as though she didn’t want to tell him. It was like she’s told not to say the truth otherwise the business is walking out the door. I read other reviews & see this is the norm here. Orders take long to be prepared. They are definitely getting more orders at a time than they can handle. For the wait the food was so so. I won’t say it was this awesome delicious food but it was clearly fresh considering the situation. The Shrimp tempura had zero shrimp though.
