Smoothie King — Restaurant in Tamarac

I been coming at this location for over 3 years. Never have I encounter rude and disrespectful behavior . I order a small peanut power plus . I been drinking the same smoothie for over 10 years . I worked for smoothie for several years many years ago. Today at 7:10 I order a smoothie . The young lady miss-heard me and gave me the wrong flavor. Ok mistakes happen . She had two blinders running and AirPods on so I can understand why she didn’t hear me . Then she decided to go back in forth with me for 1 whole minute . After she walked up to another employee and said “ make whatever she wants cause I’m not dealing with it.” I was super nice to her . All I said was that’s not what I order , never have I ordered that flavor . When I worked for smoothie king , never was I ever this rude to the customers . To tell another employee you’re not making my smoothie is insane . I would’ve gotten written up for that . I can clearly see the standards has been lowered drastically. Please hire adults with respect . Not teenagers with attitudes. I was so upsets because of how I was treated I left . No way was I going to let someone with that hostility make me something to drink.

Just left this location in which I order the same exact thing at any smoothie king I visit which is a Strawberry Pure recharge. Ordered my drinks and they are kids working in here which I have a teenager so of course I'm patient. Received my drinks walked out the store tasted them and I don't know what happened in the process of making my drink but it was horrible. So I walked back into the store and asked them to remake it. The young girl automatically caught and attitude and I explained that it doesn't taste right. After going back and forth I simply stated just give me a refund in which she responded we can't I don't have a code and no manager is here. I responded call your manager I'll wait. She proceeded into the back and called the manager and said whatever she said to them and came back and repeated we can't give a refund but I'll remake it. I stated that's what I asked for to begin with. This will be the first and last time I will ever visit this location. If you are going to have children working make sure you have a manager on sight. My experience at this location was very unsatisfying. After entering, I asked if they still do $5 Friday’s. The young lady at the front responded no, but they are currently promoting $1 off of a drink Friday’s. I then asked, if there was a specific size you had to get for the promotion and she stated she didn’t know. I said will let me get the largest one and after ringing it up, a $1 wasn’t removed. I then asked why the $1 wasn’t removed and she didn’t have an explanation. I then said well maybe it’s on the medium smoothie, but after ringing that one up again no $1 removed. I then stated let’s try the small, but the same thing happened as with the other two sizes. I asked for a manager, but none was onsite. I then asked could she get assistance from one of the two other girls working. None of them knew how to assist with me getting the promotion.
