American Wholesale Furniture — Local services in Temecula

The owner at this store is so unbelievably rude!!!To start with the building is barely held up with plywood. There is literally no door, instead they use a tarp. My mom wanted to come here to find a room divider. While I was waiting for my mom, I was looking for console tables. My three year old was getting upset so we sat in two recliners. The man screamed at me across the room " get your dirty kid off my furniture!!!" My son was perfectly clean, sitting politely and causing no trouble. I was ready to go but my mom didn't hear the guy and was waiting for him to get the room divider. He told her she would be getting a new one. He began ringing her up and grabbed the scratched up floor model. She asked him if he had military discount (my husband is in the service). He responded by saying, " Why would I give the military a discount, what have they ever done for me?" At that point we were both upset. Please do not shop here, this place has nothing but junk and rude service. Payless Furniture right down the street is cheaper with a clean building and...

Purchased a sectional (08/07/2022 at American Wholesale Furniture in Temecula, CA) and at home noted that a few of the cushions were "sagging". Unfortunately since the furniture is "out on display" - it seems that's bound to happen; HOWEVER, if s/o is paying over $1K for said item - the company should be able to rectify this issue.

SO - both my husband and i contacted the store and spk w/Julie (store rep/manager?) to inform her of same and we provided pictures as she requested. We were told that she would need to contact the "sales/product rep" re same and w/provide us w/an update.

We did not hear back so we attempted another follow-up to check on the status - and we were told that she was also having trouble with contacting the sales rep - but was able to finally receive a reply in which Julie stated the sales rep will be in town in 2 weeks and w/have this issue resolved.

Well, fast fwd to the 2 weeks - and still no resolution. So hopefully by posting this review we will get somewhere.

If not - looks like we'll be making future...

I bought custom upholstered living room seating set here, & at very budget friendly prices. Still beautiful over a decade later. They even let me make purchases individually. Extremely comfortable, also. I later bought my daughter a living room set 4 her 1st appt. Very reasonable price, & perfect 4 her needs. One Christmas, my daughter purchased a curio cabinet, & it's a gift I cherish. About half the price, compared 2 other stores, but beautiful. There are not alot of fancy show room amenities, and those savings are passed onto the customers. What more could I say? I bought quality furniture at the lowest prices, & I've been very pleased by every purchase. I'd not have recommended this retailer, had I had a single disappointing...
