All Valley Coin & Jewelry — Local services in Temecula

Yesterday my mom and I went in to sell some gold jewelry, and though Taylor was friendly when he assisted us, the price he gave felt low at $60 for me and $300 for my mom. When I said as much and indicated we were going to be leaving to check other stores he then asked "what price did you have in mind" which very much felt like his offer was the lowest amount he thought he could get away with, irrelevant to the actual value. Today we went to Top Dollar Gold Exchange (also in Old Town) where Tiffany offered me $120 and my mom $900, for the exact same pieces. We will not be returning to All Valley Coin & Jewelry, as they appear to not be as trustworthy as they'd like to seem. Very disappointed in this business. EDIT: Editing to add that both this store and the other we ended up selling to told us that the jewelry was being purchased for the precious metals only. So their claim that our jewelry was lower quality is irrelevant, as the pieces we brought in were primarily 10k and 14k gold. Perhaps the issue was in their assessment, but in either that scenario or the one where they intentionally undervalued our pieces, they are the ones at...

Not sure why this store or the employees have ANY bad reviews. Every time I come in they're awesome! I get great service. They're honest. [I know--I've had training in ferreting out deception. No, really I have...]. They're helpful [always ask if I need anything], friendly [and I know friendly--I'm Italian], loyal [especially to repeat customers], and clean [they have anti-bacterial wipes on hand for shoppers]. In fact, throw in brave and thrifty, and they're Boy Scouts!

I browse. I shop. I gab. [Did I mention I'm Italian?] I usually buy, but when I sell, I ALWAYS get more than expected, and more than others offer. [ I know--I shopped around first.]

Overall, there's nowhere better to shop than ALL VALLEY. [And, no, they didn't pay me to write this review, and I'm not a relative or spouse. Sheesh!]

All Valley Coin is without a doubt THE best place to buy and sell previous metal coins, bullion & rare coins/notes, in Southern California, if not the entire West coast. They are friendly, easygoing, informative, professional and VERY FAIR concerning their pricing.

I happen to know more than the average person about the precious metals markets, and i can on good faith say if you have to buy or sell gold, silver,etc, ,this is THE best place to go, whether you're a novice or expert. I've done business with them about 10 times, and always felt at ease and left a satisfied customer. I'm not a jewelry kind of guy, but would definitely buy something unique there for someone I cared about. No, I'm not related to them or know Steve, Taylor or (sorry big guy, forgot your name) in any other capacity other than buying/selling there.

I highly recommend them, and I rarely give 5...
