Le Coffee Shop is an absolute gem nestled in Temecula that had me coming back multiple days during my visit. This authentic French family-owned establishment, with roots in Provence, brings a genuine piece of France to Temecula, perfectly capturing the essence of a true French café while maintaining warm, welcoming hospitality.

The café au lait is nothing short of spectacular – rich, perfectly balanced, and consistently excellent with each visit. But what truly sets this place apart is their remarkable pastry selection. The croissants are simply divine – flaky, buttery, and clearly made with expertise that showcases true French craftsmanship. They achieve that perfect balance of crispy exterior and tender, airy layers within.

Their breakfast offerings go beyond traditional pastries, though. The chia pudding was a delightful surprise – creamy, well-balanced, and thoughtfully prepared. And for those seeking something savory, the bacon is cooked to perfection – crispy yet tender, exactly how it should be.

The service is remarkably efficient without feeling rushed. The French family's presence adds genuine European authenticity to the entire experience, and you can feel the pride they take in every item they serve. The outdoor seating area provides a lovely setting to savor your meal and coffee while enjoying Temecula's pleasant weather.

In a town with numerous dining options, Le Coffee Shop stands out as a must-visit destination for both locals and visitors. Whether you're seeking your morning coffee fix, a luxurious French pastry, or a satisfying breakfast, this charming café delivers excellence across the board. Do yourself a favor and make this a priority stop during your Temecula visit – just be warned, you might find yourself becoming a regular, even if you're just passing...

Le Coffee Shop is an interesting breakfast place, in Old Town Temecula. The concept, I found to be imperfect, as you order food & beverages in a particularly small space, with room for but a few customers inside, at a time.

Right next door, & still a part of the same business, is a more spacious dining area with plenty of tables & dining space. Outside of both, on a narrow strip of concrete, is a dining area, with tables set so closely together, you'll feel like you're in a fish bowl, if you eat here, when they're busy.

There was a line, when we got there, which moved rather slowly. Eventually we placed our order, then couldn't find any open seating outside, so we ventured over to the sister space, rented by Le Coffee Shop. My partner & I & entered a tall spacious room, decorated in Classical French theme. There were quite a few vacant tables inside, so at least we found a place, to sit & eat.

Our food arrived, before my Americano Coffee, & Pastry. When we questioned the person who took our order, they said they didn't ring up the items we'd clearly asked for. This person offered no apologies, just rang up the coffee & pastry we'd supposedly ordered. This person claimed neither item was on our receipt, which my partner forgot to ask for, or we'd have noticed this discrepancy right away.

Food quality was good. My ham & cheese omelette was hot & tasty, though the ham was diced finely, in small bits. My Americano Coffee & Chocolate Muffin were delicious, when they finally arrived.

Parking for Le Coffee Shop proved difficult for us, as this place has no parking lot, only street parking, which was lined with cars, on both sides of the street. It was this busy here, at 9:45am,...

I met friends here for a mid-morning weekday brunch. I love breakfast/brunch and was excited to try out this charming little French spot which is known to absolutely every Temeculan! It did not disappoint! The food, drink and customer service were fantastic. All seating is outside which was perfect, as it was a lovely morning. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and attentive. I had the leek/goat cheese quiche, cinnamon roll and a London Fog latte. The quiche was delicious but after trying my friend’s Sequin quiche (ham, goat cheese and caramelized onions), I know what I’m ordering next time! The potatoes were incredible – scalloped with layers of thin slices and plenty of cheese. The cinnamon roll was good, but note that this version is made with puff pastry rolled up with cinnamon sugar and topped with a very light glaze. My personal preference on cinnamon rolls is the yeasted version that I make, with lots more cinnamon sugar filling and a generous cream cheese icing on top. Sooo, it was good just not what I was expecting☺ The London Fog latte was yummy - Earl Grey tea, steamed milk (coconut for me) and one pump of vanilla syrup. I’ll opt for a half pump of vanilla syrup next time, as it was a tad too sweet for my taste. I love this place and can’t wait to return to try out more menu items!

Came to Temecula for a golf round and needed a good, quick bite to eat. We stumbled upon Le Coffee Shop because most of the other restaurants were packed on a Sunday. I’m very glad we ended up coming here because the food was fantastic. I ordered the Le Bistro Sandwich. It came with sliced turkey breast, smoked turkey bacon, chipotle sauce, emmental cheese, and avocado on sourdough bread. Wow. It was pretty much a perfect sandwich. Everything inside was tender and juicy and the sourdough was toasted perfectly. My friends ordered the classic breakfast sandwich and loved it. Said that the eggs were amazing and the croissant was perfectly flaky and delicious. The potatoes au gratin that comes with the plate is remarkable as well. Everything was shockingly good for how fast it came out. We must have waited only 10 minutes for all the food. Highly recommend this place if you want something delicious and quick.
