Was The worst experience ever did not get greeted I had to go look for the type of boots that I wanted I was out there for about 15 minutes nobody ever came by to check if I needed any type of service I had to flag somebody down because of the boots were all out of order couldn't find the pairs she just basically said you get them yourself just behind is the pair I looked and moved everything to the side and there they're very rude I did not catch her name no pairs found they were more worried about guarding the front of the store making me feel like if I was going to steal something I told them they had the worst customer service ever and all they did was just laugh like it's not a big deal maybe because I'm Mexican and I look like a gangster because of my shaved head and tattoos but everybody should be treated equally even though it is a western store...

Stopped in here with some girlfriends to help a friend use a birthday gift certificate on a pair of boots. I never would have expected such a fun experience at a boot store lol!

This place is aptly named - they have an enormous selection of boots, as well as belts, hats and Western wear.

The employees are super fun and enthusiastic. I wish I could remember the name of the girl helping us...she was so knowledgeable with just the right amount of attentiveness without being annoying! She even had great info on where to go line-dancing.

I went in for the sole purpose of helping a friend out, with no intention of getting anything, much less some cowboy boots! Yet, here they are (pic attached!) I even signed up for their rewards program.

Howdy partners gents and ladies if you need boots your better off finding some underneath someone's bed..... I had never been to boot barn but I've always heard about their boots and what good quality they are. Well the boots would sale more if they were in a vending machine, it's not the boots fault for sure. The customer service sucks there and even when I did find someone to ask questions she was not any help at all. Rude in a hurry and nose to high in the air especially when I asked about using coupens from on line from my phone. Like wow I'm sorry if u are asking about coupens why are u even here. I came in to buy boots and made sure I didn't. I went else where and now the barn door gas been locked by me. Even if the cows do come home boot barn will not ever have me...
