I've been putting this off for sometime now, I've given this establishment ample time before writing this to rectify the situation and apparently customer service isn't in their workplace model. It's so sad that this place is so willing to take your money but dosen't deliver on what they say they will do. After buying a set of wheels from the sales person Stewart can't for the life of himself listen to what customer's are telling him I understand that you may have a lot going on but to blatantly disregard what your customers are telling you then that becomes a problem, after telling Stewart what I wanted he kept trying to sell me 18" wheels and I kept having to correct him and remind him what I wanted so after numerous discussions about what I wanted I paid for my order and to my dismay after I got home I realized that he ordered the 18" like bro we spent almost 20 min discussing it and you still couldn't get it right. So after not getting calls about my wheels a few of their staff just failed to even call back after being told they would. So after they arrive I schedule an instalation time and was told about an hour. Well guess what almost 3 hours later I get my truck and no stickers left from my brand new wheels not even the opportunity to have them or not then to make things even worse they installed some old ass janky TPMS valve's. So I called to speak to some management and get a " Regional manager " well as the story goes if the store staff can't call back it must come from somewhere š¤ Hummmmm I wonder. I spent way too much money here to deal with crappy customer service and horrendous upper management. Called the RM on multiple occasions to rectify the situation and as per our last conversation I was SUPPOSEDLY getting a call back. That was January 10th and it's the 23 and still no response. I'll never spend another dime at this place there is so many more stories that have the same thing, Steer clear and find a place that wants to take care of their customers rather than just...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is a long overdue review, but better late than never. I had a lot of work done on my Jeep XJ here back in June or July of 2019. From the very first call inquiring about pricing, I always had the best impression of this place. I worked with Brandon through the whole process and he always went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. When I first called for my initial quote, after listing off all the parts to be installed, he was dedicated to getting me an accurate quote and took my number down to call me back later so he could run the numbers. Other shops I had called just gave me a very rough ballpark. What Brandon quoted me came out very close to final price. The service was high quality and professional. I was overseas working contracting, so I had my brother act as a liaison for me and I talked with them over the phone through the process. They were super easy to work with and made what could have otherwise been a complicated/confusing process of having someone else drop off and pick up my Jeep and parts a simple one. When the Jeep came back all finished, I was ecstatic with the quality work. It came out great and they followed through with everything without hiccups. In all I had them install a 5.5ā Rubicon Express long arm lift with bilstein shocks, chromoly axle shafts, 4.56 gears, arb lockers with a compressor, Currie steering, safari snorkel, front bumper, some other misc items, and probably some other stuff Iām not remembering. Their outstanding customer service and quality of work has solidified them as my first pick for any offroad related maintenance/shop work that I need done. These guys are great and stand...

2002 Chevy z-71 took in to have front and rear gears changed to 4.56, differential leak fluid badly after, they denied any responsibility, discovered diff case not sealed properly--failed to reprogram and the ABS light came on-not a big deal. I had to take it back 4 times because the differential had noise, vibration and would not shift out of "All Wheel Drive"-said take it to "Pro Gear" which i did. Mark and Charles were great @ Pro Gear.
They installed sway bar, ladder bars and shocks, the suspension geometry was all messed up and they could'nt figure it out-still dealing with this issue.
They had a transmission shop look at the oil leak and the they removed the tranny pan, why? There wasn't any transmission work done, however, i was left with a large leak from the pan- they say they are not responsible!
Back again with another Oil leaking from front area, they said they are not responsible, however, finally admitted they forgot to re-connect the breather/overflow tube to the diff which was the source of the oil leak. Lousy customer service, high prices, i went to the store and asked to speak with the manager several times and was ignored. Called the shop and left a message for the store manager to return my call--guess what, right NO RETURN CALL! My stock gears were never returned and i went there 4 times.
Still have unresolved problems- these...
