The negatives is , if you feel like being talked down upon this is your store they will act like you have no idea about anything

Very overpriced on card. They match online prices and charge you extra for the extra shipping it would cost to order online .... If you pick up in store

Example

Card is on tcg that they price Match they will add additional money to the price of the card even if you are in store because they say it would be extra anyways because if you'd order it online there are shipping costs ..... That's utterly ubsurd

Just get your order on Amazon for free shipping and wait a couple days ... Why support a store that is shady

Also that skinny kid that works there needs to get his attitude in check .... Probably the rudest out of them all... Would fire him instantly if he was my employee .... So many people talk about how much of a d bag he is

Update January 2017

This place continuous to overprice even with negative reviews from player base and people not attending the store anymore

I was getting ready to buy a set of tarmogoyfs which they had in stock and even was getting ready to drop money yet they continue to charge 10$ above tcg equal card condition value. That's 40$ in value which is a playset of thougtseize or something else.

They say they won't match value on tcg due to people will buy them eventually.

So they get money from cheap trade in ontop of an additional value selling to the player base for more money. I don't see why people still continue the events hosted here. The place already is dead throughout the week and continues to die. I wish I could add pictures that I have of the prices and include them I might drop a...

So I come to this store frequently and for the most part I've enjoyed my time in the store. The vibes are normally very good until today.

I understand prerelease events can be stressful. I understand that things might not run smoothly. Those are fine and understandable. But for the owner to openly blame his staff for his lack of communication is appalling. He openly told the prerelease crowd that he had to step in to run things because certain things were not communicated to staff properly.

That is the owners responsibility; to fully and openly communicate expectations and delegate properly to employees rather than blame them for communication issues while taking no responsibility while doing in it front of customers is just rude and disrespectful to your employees and customers.

If he talks about employees like this openly to customers then how does he treat them when customers aren't around? Have some respect for the people that work for you because displays like this show your true colors and drive away good employees and faithful customers.

From out of town and visiting on vacation so I'm unsure if the market I am in is just one that this area doesn't need to cater to. Always on the lookout for One Piece trading cards as they are hard to come by and at a fair price. Yes this store has stock and like most LGS they do not charge MSRP, but they also are charging over double the market rate. I asked the cashier if he knew this and he said well you might pull the manga alt. This is a insane gamblers thought process. The odds of a manga alt being in an individual booster box are slim let alone a individual booster pack. So I just don't see why someone interested in playing One Piece would buy cards here. You would be better off buying sealed product from TCG Player at more than 50% off this stores pricing.

The store gets 3 stars though as it does seem well stocked of a variety of TCG's and board games. So it may offer great options locally to those interested in other games that are...
