Sigman's Flowers and Gifts — Local services in The Dalles

Made two orders within two weeks of each other. First order I picked up and delivered myself. I was not impressed, I asked for a $45 dollar arrangement and didn't receive the quality. They made a similar arrangement and had it in the case for $30.

I went back a week later and asked for roses and baby's breath. I picked this one up also. The lady said it would be done in 30 min. As I returned it wasn't done, I get it, things get busy. But a lady threw my order together in minutes. The roses looked dead, the pettles were falling off and I paid $40 for six roses and a little greenery. I feel like I was ripped off again. I enjoy buying local, but after two weeks of getting let down by this company, I will not be returning. I wasn't impressed either when I asked the florist to add a few carnations and she wanted almost $10 for 3...

To say that this is just a "flower shop" would be a disservice to Claudia and her staff. This is a chic, cozy woman-owned business that had been in The Dalles for decades. Claudia is a senior citizen and she loves running this store and it shows. She cares about every order (they had over 250 deliveries for Valentine's day!) and she strives to make every one of them special. She, and the store, are special...

Horrible service. I ordered and paid for a corsage for prom, 2 weeks in advance, and was told THE DAY BEFORE prom that they were unable to fill my paid order due to Mother's day.
