Worst service ever tried to use my rewards and couldn't. They said it was because my email and phone number didn't match however in showed the employee my email that I was logged into yo get my rewards. Also showed my phone number plus she entered in my rewards phone number at the end of the transaction. The manager was no help was told to call customer service. I left and went on the website to see if I could do a order for in store pick-up. All 3 of my items were located and I bought and checked out with my rewards easy as could be. I then went in to see if they could pull my order of three items she said no. Sorry you will have to come back the next day. Really where is the customer service? Just irritated I guess but it struck a nerve that no help was provided...
