Took my daughter’s iPad in to have a broken screen replaced. Good price and the job was done extremely quick. A month or so later there were dead spots in the touch detection. It wasn’t that big of a deal so she kept using it. The screen broke again a bout 6 or 7 months later (which is now). I used a different repair service due to Restech not being open weekdays, for whatever reason. The new repair service was doing the repair while my girlfriend was there. They removed the screen and found there was a piece of tape holding the cable for the home button that was taped to the screen. When they attempted to remove the broken screen, the tape pulled the cable apart and required that the button be replaced. I do not appreciate them rigging the tablet and not informing me of any setbacks they ran into. Now it’s me costing...

Very kind people who work here. My service was great. My only complaint is that I was never told my iPhone screen wouldn’t be able to have auto dimming and the True Tone function wouldn’t work after they replaced the screen. This has caused my battery life to be horrible and my phone to get hot often. Also, the star rating on their reviews may not be accurate because they offer a discount of their services if you give them a 5 star review...

My phone wouldn't charge unless i wrapped the cord round it and even than it was barely workin wouldn't charge above 40% thought i was gonna have to buy a new charging port called 3 different places and they said they couldnt order it called restech repairs and dude told me to bring it in within 30 mins he had my phone fixed and only costed me $25 instead of the $400+ it was gonna cost to pay my device off and get a new one thank you guys...
