Made us feel like criminals. We returned a chainsaw due to it being defective and we were charged a 20% restock fee. The supervisor literally said well stuff gets returned all the time after using it. I told them go ahead take it out of the box and try it if u dont believe me. I was very offended. This is a nice and convenient store. Harbor Freight has all kinds of hidden gems that would cost twice as much if bought from Lowes or Home Depot. It's a clean, well organized store with many bargains. There seems to only be 1 cashier open when I've visited so you might wait a bit when checking out. I was delighted to see this place open in Tifton. I finally got a chance to go in and could have spend hours wandering the aisles. Well they didn't have what I wanted, they had lots of things that I had difficulty in living without. It's clean, strangely was almost empty of customers, and has really good sales.
