Update 9/5/23 - Starbucks has responded to this review and I contacted customer care on 8/28/23 as I was instructed by the comment. They did not respond until 8/30/23 then they reached out on 9/1/23 saying that they are closing the case since no action is being taken. Starbucks seems to be perpetuating poor service on many levels. Dutch Bros is right down the road, go there instead.
Waited 25 minutes to not get my cold brew. They literally just need to pour it. There's nothing fancy about it. They do not service people in the order in which they were received. Apparently the loudest most unhappy people get served first. Had a very unpleasant interaction with the manager named Rachel. Rachel's and the rest of her staff would benefit from more training and a lesson in logic. Extra courses in customer service would also go a long way. Not sure of the hand washing or hygiene best practices but I witnessed an unhealthy level of cross contamination. Slightly glad they couldn't pour my cold brew in a cup in time. Not trying to get sick. During my time there I gathered that the policy is to add ice ore water when pours come up short. Thier record keeping is awful and took them two tires i.e. me coming to the register twice to issue me a refund which they said takes 24 hours. At this rate I have low confidence in anything they say or do but what choice do i have. This Starbucks has a convenient drive-thru, easy-to-find location with plenty of parking, and a good amount of seating for meeting w/friends or associates. That said, I stopped going to this Starbucks. The problem here is the quality of the drinks and the service for "Gold Star" Members.
Sometimes the drinks aren't mixed well, with all of the syrup flavoring at the bottom and not mixed into the drink properly. I've had to drink half, then save the bottom portion of the cup to poor in to plain coffee later.
Starbucks Rewards Members Beware -- When reaching my "Lucky Dozen" - free reward coffee I never receive a full sized drink here. The barista taking my order has told the barista(s) making the orders that the drink I ordered was "FREE" before calling off the name of the drink leaving me with a cup that was about 1/3 less full. Not the best way to treat your Starbucks...

Unfortunately, things have not improved. I went in the other day, through the drive thru and ordered the same drink I get 5 or 6 days a week (from other Starbucks). Once again, they screwed up my order. I told the kid in the drive thru I would go inside to get the correct order. I walked in and started telling the cashier what had happened when another barista walked up and started telling her what I ordered. I asked if I could finish talking now and the girl just kept on talking and totally ignored me. I started to just leave and decided to talk to the manager. the manager came out and who I'm assuming was the assistant manager and spent about 30 minutes explaining to me why my drink was a dollar more here than anywhere else and totally blowing off my comment about the girl that was interrupting me. And for this I got a $4 gift certificate because thats going to fix the problem. I will never, ever go to this Starbucks again. Worst customer...
