I love Kohl's. I enjoy shopping there most of the time. This time was a little different though. I was searching for a purse. Again. Kohl's was my last hope to find one. I found one that I kind of liked but I wasn't going to pay $50 for 'kinda liked. I looked around for the sales prices that Kohl's usually posts. I didn't find any. Of course, I must be in the more expensive selection. Each purse afterwards I checked the price tag first. Each one was higher. After I saw the over $100 purse, I gave up. On to the skirts! Around and around I went looking for the skirts. Finally I asked where the skirts are. No skirts! I found a dress that I couldn't fit into. I asked if there was a larger size. Nope! That one was online and a return. I tried on 5 different items but only scored one blouse. The one thing that this store could use is cleaner dressing rooms. People don't take their clothes back out of the rooms. I really didn't want to deal with clothing that others had tried on. Finding an empty room. I was thankful that I could even try clothing on but people must not be too concerned. I really hope that I can find a skirt and/or a purse next time I am able to come to Tomball. Good...
   Read moreWell if it's customer service you want, don't go to this location. We went to the customer service desk because we purchased a shirt just last week and wanted to return it or exchange it. We did have the receipt for this purchase. We were told that we would need to exchange it so we would not lose our 10.00 Kohls cash. Ok, we went to find another one just like it in a larger size but there were none left. We selected another item that we wanted and were willing to pay the difference in cost. Going back to the customer service desk the lady tells us we cannot do that because the shirt we have, and remember we have the paid receipt from last week, we needed to find one that is on clearance for 8.40. What do you mean we can't exchange it for a better item or get our full refund that we paid??No she states, it is on clearance and it is our policy to only refund the lowest price. That seems odd!!! If you have a receipt and want to return it you can only get the lowest price it now sells for, not what you paid for it. Kohls just lost 2 customers. WE WON'T BE BACK.    Read moreThe cashier forgot to put 1 of 6 items in our bag when we paid for merchandise. Of course it had to be the main item I needed to wear to a memorial in 2 days! I phoned the store & not only did the guy not put it in my bag, but he also didn't put it in the right place to hold it for me to come back (30-45 minutes drive) for me to get it. They couldn't find it as it had been shuffled somewhere into the store to be resold. An hour or so later they did find it. It was late at night so I drove the next day to pick it up. I explained that I needed it to wear Sunday to funeral. When I got to store to customer service, they retrieved my wadded up outfit tied shut in a bag! They had taken it off hanger and just left it shoved in & wrinkled, without a care! I was so upset.
