I will never take my computer anywhere else but TCS. They have literally brought my tabletop back from the dead on at least two occasions. Once, when everyone else I had taken it to had suggested erasing it all and starting from scratch, TCS saved the day. When I told them that I had over 3000 photos on there of my son and that my wife would kill me if they were lost, they took my broken, worthless, dying cpu into their mad laboratory and brought it back from the dead. They literally had my computer hooked up to three or four others, sucking the bad mojo out, and replacing it with good. Absolutely hands down the best...

I can’t recommend this shop enough. Ben didn’t just restore my broken external hard drive but also my faith in humanity. He really cared that I had pictures of one of my best friends that suddenly passed on this hard drive and needed them for a memorial just a few days away. And he made sure I got it right in time. I’ll be forever grateful for his kindness and not trying to make a profit out of someone’s desperation....

Fabulous job with fixing my laptop. Prices are resonable, 90$ for the diagnostics, (originally he didn't want to charge me because he thought it was an easy fix, which was nice). There was, unfortunately, a persisting issue and he fixed it! He was transparent throughout the process and explained to me in detail the issues.
