I had the most horrible experience, the staff is Whitney, she’s probably the rudest and most careless assistant in the shop. Totally understand everyone should be more cautious during this pandemic, but when we ask for a container to put our cloth in she insisted we have to provide our own box because it’s the “rule”. Fine, so I brought a medium paper box that could fit about 20 garments and asked if it’s ok, then she said the box is “too small” and insist i have to bring a same clear bin that she’s holding. So I decide just to sell a few, because as she said, the box is “too small” she reluctantly said “ok, sure.” While I was sorting out the cloth at the very corner of the shop, another assistant brought over a big black basket and said he could offer me a basket to use, but just to remember to bring our own container the next time. He made me notice it isn’t the “rule” to use our own bin. Clearly, Whitney is not completing her work properly, irresponsible and rude is all I can think of her. This place fooled me so good i live super coose to this place and i was like heck yeah great clothes (gotten lucky and gotyen brand new Ralph Lauren collar sgirt shirt for like 17 bucks ) im a double xl so the shirts our so stacked up if u grab one shirt u might as well get vounteer hours too cause 7 others will fall and then the alarm will go off cause it's literally right next to the door . Anyways long story short I get my girls some sandals and they say they're a size 11 but they're sticker and come to tuition its a size 9 and so obviously no returns no exchanges cuz it was on clearance so i wait a couple weeks and this is the second time I brought in brand new pair of six and a half never worn before women vans in the box and everything and the sandals they put the wrong size on there my girl never wore them cuz they never fit her I barely get to 7-Eleven and they say you have 10 minutes to come get your stuff or we will donate them I asked why don't you want to buy these the person that went thru them couldnt give me an answer passwd it on to another employee that has no idea what i turned in and said "its seasonal" thats bs cause they have everything brand new vans stuff . Horrible customer service, sneaky staff, some of them would lie and say my clothes were stained and weren't. Than I would come back when another person was there and they would take the item this happen numerous times. Also the owner would tell the people to not buy my stuff. I would have to come in when she wasn't there. Than when I guess they over heard me tell a friend of the phone one day about this than she want to start taking my stuff. Note I sold them over 400.00 worth of items in almost 5 months. But because a employee gets caught lied about my clothes etc they try to bain me claiming I'm always yelling at staff. I asked to see footage of course and they acting confused. Yes you have cameras and your accusing me of behavior that just sounds racist. That also said all this to me while being the only black person in the store at the time. Trying to make me look bad in front what white people in the store.
