11/7/2022 - From the moment I arrived to the moment I left customer service was amazing. I had the pleasure of interacting with a few different employees and each one treated me with kindness and understanding. Sam greeted me and took time to explain to me different options regarding swapping my damaged cable box out. He directed me to a desk associate by the name of Jared who took time out to listen to my many issues and concerns regarding my service. As a customer who has been with Optimum back when the company was Cablevision, he wanted to make sure each and every one of my complaints, issues, and concerns were addressed. He even went a step further to call over the assistant manager Eric to go over my account with me to address the many complaints notated within the system. Eric and Jared both were able to show me how things should have been addressed each time I called in and assured me that moving forward I would see a difference in my service with Optimum. These gentlemen took so much time with me that the Store Manager Allen came to see what was going on. I was certain he would tell them to rap it up but to my surprise, he came to make sure that they were diligently addressing my concerns. I must say I walked in to swap a damaged Samsung cable box and my experience was nothing short of wonderful. Read moreI made a quick stop at this location,, just to exchange a cable box remote control that was not working properly, from my mother, and I was greeted by Luis who was in the front. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and all I can say, is that he made this experience as easy, and as pleasant as possible. I know it might seem like a simple task, just getting a remote control exchanged, but trust me, from my past experience, sometimes that can be a pain. Luis was very pleasant, friendly, and he even asked me who the controller was for, so he could give me the best suggestion since it was for my mother, who is older. We walked in with and schedule Appoinment to get the phone lines deals where 2 phone line with unlimited gets iPhone on us. The agent and the store manager bluffed us did mistake their end side, caused us to come out T-Mobile grandfather deals and being with them for 15 plus years. We didn’t get any phone by the agent and store manager irresponsibility, agent told us our monthly bill will be from 17th of this month to next. Its not even one week and optimum already start billing us without giving us any phone.
