I had an incredibly wierd and disappointing experience at this store Earlier this week.
During my visit, I believe I accidentally left a gift card on the counter while organizing the items I had just purchased. When I realized it was missing moments later, I asked the cashier for assistance, but they were dismissive, unhelpful, and even rude. Their demeanor made me feel like I was being unreasonable for asking for help, and they offered no meaningful assistance to resolve the issue. I have no proof, but I suspect it was taken while I was looking away.
While I cannot prove what happened to the gift card, the lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. A store should be a place where customers feel valued, but instead, I was treated poorly and left with the impression that this location is neither trustworthy nor reliable.
The funny thing is that I had gotten the gift card (actually store credit) moments earlier because I returned an item the same day. So I even had the receipt of that transaction, and asked if they could at least replace the card, but no help at all.
I will not be returning to this store, and I would strongly caution others to be vigilant when shopping here. A better customer service experience should be the bare minimum, and unfortunately, this store...

Well, here we go again It was between 1245 and 1:15 PM On Wednesday, March 19, 2025 The line was insane with only two registers open. So I hear over the loudspeaker someone calling to open up to additional registers. And you can hear the customers on the line, clapping and saying thank you Well, when I got up to my register, I thanked the girl for calling for help. My cashier was Liann. Liann, Was very polite and checked me out at her register. While I’m at the register, the manager comes up and in front of all the customers, and reprimands Liann, For Opening up additional registers. She was very unprofessional and rude. I actually thanked Liann, For opening up additional register. This manager Donna is very unprofessional and rude to the employees. I work in management and I would never treat my staff like that. She walks around Instead of helping her staff to get rid of the long line. This will be my last time there as well as my coworkers. She walked her nose up in the air as if she was better than any of them . If you don’t know how to treat people you shouldn’t be working In management . Read moreI recently was here buying makeup and I found the aurora palette by Anastasia Beverly Hills it was sealed and secured with the stores anti theft device. Knowing how this product looked already I decided to purchas. When I get to my car I opened the package and it was completely destroyed. My boyfriend went in the store to exchange immediately and all the aurora palettes where destroyed so we decided to just get our money back. As a makeup artist and enthusiast I wanted to take a picture of the palette. One of the cashier questioned if my bf can take a picture and the manager said no. My bf said but there is a whole instagram page dedicated to tj maxx makeup deals and the second cashier gave him a nasty attitude commenting that people aren't supposed to but they do anyways.
