My wife and I were just in this store and my wife accidentally knocked over an item which then in turn fell onto a small glass soap dish. The glass dish broke and was priced at $7. The dish was worth no more than $5 and my wife offered to pay for it. She made us pay half, which was $3.50. Normally, a store manager or owner would say not to worry about it for something that isn't worth much and the fact that she had heavy items hanging from a display over glass pieces on a table that was an accident waiting to happen. When we walked into the store I joked and stated that I would be stopping here for my wife's birthday. Just for the principle of not saying don't worry about it or it's okay alone has made me decide against walking back in this store to purchase anything. A store like this makes plenty of money and doesn't need to worry about a dish worth $5...
