I haven’t shopped at Buckle in probably over a decade, since I’ve had kids. I stopped in two Saturdays ago, quite honestly curious if the jeans would be age appropriate, but also tired of the thin material stretchy jeans sold at so many other stores. They are amazingly helpful. The staff will help you locate a look, size, etc. I can’t really think of any other store in the Galleria that you feel as though you’ve got a personal shopper sidekick. It was wonderful, I bought some new jeans - my husband complimented me on all of them over the next week and so I went online and ordered some more based on those styles. A male worker came up to me and said “how are you?” And we said “good how are you” and then he goes “pretty good considering we have cameras.” And we were like okay?? He then continued to go to another customer and say “thank you for that”… he accused us of stealing when I didn’t even pick anything up! So embarrassing and degrading. And, best yet just noticed the $70 shirt I bought with the tags still on it has a hole in it. I know I can go and return / swap but what a rip off.
