What started out as a great experience ended in almost a terrible one. I’ve been here for 2 hrs without the ring I purchased through Acima. We had to call them 4 times because they kept screwing up and ended up telling me I had to cancel the lease and try another time. I already spent the $76 initial payment and didn’t have another $76 to spend to start the lease all over again. As I was crying and about to leave with no ring no nothing, Abbi told me do the Acima lease again. I told him I trust you I just don’t trust Acima!!! They already took my money I signed their stupid contract 4 times and nothing. He said try again I’ll cash app you $80. He did as was promised and dropped my ring price down even more on top of that! If I could give 0 stars to this place, I would. They sold me a fake engagement ring with a fake stone. They charged me hundreds of dollars for something that got appraised at multiple locations for less than $100. When I contacted them about this issue they basically shut me down and said they couldn't do anything to help me and that it was basically my fault for purchasing it. I asked if I could get store credit or exchange it for something of lesser or similar value and they told me no and hung up on me. I decided to show up there in person and they practically threw me out. I will never go here again and I will tell everyone that I know not to trust this place. They are liars...

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G JOB!!! I have bought a ring in NYC before I moved to Buffalo. The gold was soooo thin it bent. I have had to leave it with relatives so it can get fixed but every time I got it back it was worst than before. It happens that I was shopping for a gift for my son when I stumbled to MANDATI JEWELERS. Gave FAIZ a try trusted them with my ring and… the problem was history… THEIR expert to repair the ring AHSIF(I’m sorry if I butchered your name) worked his magic.
