HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT CLAIRE'S when my family and I took our 6 months old baby to get her ear pierced. Omg never been more worried for my baby like how I felt on 12.8.22. My family and I arrived late evening at Claire's to pierce our 6 months baby ears. The young lady from another Claire's Location was there working at the time and was very nice and explained prices and showed the Jewelry for baby's. When it was time to pierce my daughter ears, my husband held my daughter and we were asked if we wanted my daughter piercing done both ears at the same time which my husband and I agreed that it would be better for the baby. The young lady called the other employee who came out and each employee was on an ear ready to pierce. Both employees used the piercing equipment and the left was done but the piercing tool was stuck on the right ear of my 6 months old baby who was SCREAMING her poor heart out. At this time I was trying to remain calm but was so worried for my baby. The employee tried getting the piercing tool out and it was stuck and now I'm starting to panic. The employee ended up getting the piercing tool out eventually and then stated it was new and she would have to pierce again in the same area. Now I'm upset, not only did the piercing tool got STUCK but now I have to put my 6 months old baby thru this again smh. Both employees did not even apologize to my family for the mishap, but instead the employee from the other Claire's Location came over and was like oh you can get a 20% discount the next time we come to Claire's. I looked at the employee with disgust in my face and nonchalantly say ok. At that point it would've make sense to apologize to my family for the mishap and then talk about discounting the bill due to the experience my baby had. It was just business for those employees and seemed like they did not care enough to apologize or discount the bill. NOT RECOMMENDING CLAIRE'S FOR...

I took my daughter to Claire’s to get her ears pierced. The two ears are so visibly uneven that we had to get the earring out and let it close up and re-pierce at a later time, at a place that actually knows what they’re doing.
