Garage — Local services in Town of Cheektowaga

This store used to be so cute and innocent when I was younger, but if I was still a teenager I don't think my mom would let me shop here. The styles have changed and with it so has Garages image.The clothes are inappropriate and the employees are not helpful at all, they are only trying to sell the clothes. They will tell you that you look good in whatever is the most expensive thing and they say they will get different sizes for you, but aren't available to help in the fitting room when you need it. They aren't size inclusive (at least at this location), if you are plus size I wouldn't shop here. This store was made for an ideal body type. Also when asked who helped me and I said "no one", the woman said "I will just write —— from the fitting room". I understand they are on commission but she didn't help me at all. I've also spent well over $1000 there in the past year and have gotten no coupons. I can't get into my account on my phone so I use their iPad while I am there but they never tell me I have coupons so I asked and she said I needed to spend $1.. .but I have gotten emails saying for my coupons so I'm genuinely confused where my coupons have been going. Before someone says I'm writing this out of anger, I'm actually writing this because I've been a long time customer for at least 5 years and I feel Garage has changed. opped here for the first time a few weeks ago and purchased a corset tank top. I wore the shirt one time for less than 4 hours and the next time I went to wear it it ripped. The shirt was almost $50, so the fact that it ripped was absurd. I contacted the store and they told me there was nothing they could do since the tags weren't still on it. Well obviously they’re not on it since I wore it one time and it ripped. I’ll never shop here again. Very unpleasant experience. Unbelievable! This Garage’s employees called the police on a few young boys for trying to help me bring down my child’s toy. Instead they were faced with multiple security and only targeted them, perhaps a racial issue? The employees were just trying to target them for some reasons and hiding while they did so.
