I work a lot of hours and came to the mall to do some shopping and take care of my wife's charm that broke. The clasp/charm that holds the bracelet together is broken, so she can't wear her Pandora bracelet. I also wanted to shop for additional charms for her and my daughter, but was told they were closed. The store hours say they're open till 9:00 p.m. and yet it was 8:39. It looked like they had one customer that I could tell, and several associates standing around the register appearing to be available to help. I tried to open the door, and since it was locked it made a noise and got the attention of an associate. She looked back at me, with a stern face and said, "were closed". I looked at my watch and asked what time they close and she looked more sternly at me repeating "We are closed!" That's extremely disappointing that they're the only store in the entire mall that is closed at this time. Read moreI was here today to buy a charm. It was a very unpleasant experience. This one young girl thay works there yells at me for walking into the store like I have many times before. I told her not to speak to me like that and she gets confrontational with me. The girl who was at the entrance actually diffused the situation by saying I don't think she saw me. They would only let so many people at a time. Then the girl who was assigned lacked customer service skills as well. She tells us in a rude tone "stay right here" and goes to get the charm. No smile on her face. I asked her about discounts available and she gave short answer like "Nope". It was taking for ever to check out. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience. Maybe it's the holiday season and the workers are burnt out. But still shouldn't be treating customers like they are a burden. I would rather buy online and have it shipped...

Employees were complaining about being too busy and not getting their breaks and other issues , that while are terrible, are frankly not my problem as a paying customer. I was there today with my mother, one young lady started helping us clean up some of our charms and when we wanted to purchase some new items she told us she needed to hand us off to someone else. Then we were asked to leave the store since we were apparently not next in line, I do appreciate their diligence to following socially distance protocol but we thought we were next since a sales clerk had started helping us.
