Terrible experience. Upon entering the store days before Christmas my daughters walked through a group of employees and not one greeted them In fact something was funny because they all laughed. Then I walked through and still no “welcome to Abercrombie “ Anyway I met daughters at the register who were returning something and I commented to the young man at the register why “no one was greeting at the entrance but congregating and not acknowledging customers” and he looked at me and rolled his eyes and said “I don’t know what you want me to say to that?!” He looked frustrated and bothered so I asked to see the manager (lol) Ashley and her crew approached and she also had the same demeanor as the young man at the register. The other employees looked amused at our conversation with Ashley who by the way didn’t appear to care what we were saying. Ok so this may not be a big deal to some and may even consider it ridiculous but during the holidays your employees should be more welcoming. No need to roll out the red carpet but more welcoming. Having employees congregate in a group leaves room for stealing. My daughter has an Abercrombie credit card and spends $$$ but we would never again in this store. I just wanted to thank you for the amazing customer service I received at your Palisades Mall location in Nyack, New York. I've never been asked for assistance in any of your locations, this was the first. Usually your employees are no where to be found when I need help, except from this experience. I used to work retail when I was in college and I learned a lot about customer service, which this store did great on. Your employee, Livron, had a lot of patience to help me find a pair of jeans. It's very difficult to find a pair of jeans for it's constant running back and forth to the fitting room. My boyfriend and I ended up spending about $500 from his exceptional customer service. Read moreThis store is unorganized and filled with high schoolers i feel. Every time I go to this store no one’s at the cash register but there’s several of them all over the floor. The associate on the floor would be talking to friends and just would walk around folding clothes instead of asking customers like myself if we need help but instead we get ignored. When it comes to checking out they charge what is although some items are on sale or have discount codes and I walk out paying more then I should.
