Old Navy — Local services in Town of Clarkstown

Recently I have been buying quite a bit from Old Navy. While they do not have everything I need, they carry a wide range of clothing styles, and I find that their quality is very good for the price.

Because I require hard-to-find sizes, I usually have to shop online. Regarding returns, I prefer to do my returns at a physical store in order to ensure my money is reimbursed properly at the time of the transaction.

At most chain stores I have been to, my experiences with either shopping and/or returning is usually not a pleasant one, as most of the customer services representatives I come in contact with are either unfriendly and/or inexperienced in their products. Thus I was surprised and pleased when I went to my local Old Navy store (the West Nyack store) and was helped by several nice and knowledgeable associates — in fact, at this store I have yet to meet any customer service representative who isn’t nice and knowledgeable. This is such a contrast to what I have been used to for so long that I felt compelled to write a review for this store. I will even go as so far as to mention several employees in particular: Rocco, Jason, Anthony, Angel, Chris, and Anna – Thank you so much for all your help...

Went to this location for the 1st time with my mom on Wednesday December 4th 2024. We went here to buy a gift card. Walked in, and store was organized, and everything looked pretty clean. We headed straight for the cash register, as that was where the gift cards were. We did wait on line for a few, but it was okay, as it was to be expected because malls can be busier. Although, there was only 2 people working at the registers- so the line moved sort of slow. but we managed. approached the line, cashier was friendly. We got a $50.00 gift card, paid via credit card, and then went on our merry way! Would possibly stop by another time if we are ever...

I had such a positive experience at Old Navy thanks to the store manager, Carmen. She was helping me with my purchase while also managing a difficult situation with other customers who were being less than kind. Despite that, she remained calm, professional, and incredibly gracious. She never let the tension affect her customer service, and she made sure I felt taken care of the entire time.
