Johnny Rockets — Restaurant in Town of Clarkstown

I have nothing but good things to say about my 1st dining experience at Jonny Rockets. Suggested by my grandson, after trying to spend all my money in Target, we walked the mall looking for somewhere to eat. And I wanted a burger... and no food court! It was near closing time but the nice guy welcomed us in. I was surprised at the really reasonable prices. The menu choices were fun and exciting. So I had (sorry don't remember the name) the spicy burger- montery jack cheese, lots of jalapeños, dble (2 patties) and some kind of sauce and i added bacon......OMG.... the messiest and best burger I've had in years. NOT Bull*%#@g! My grand had a plain cheese dbl buger (boring) but he loved it! We split the bacon cheese tots and fries.... and the shakes... he had some gummy worm in dirt thing- really cute. I had this cookie, fudgy chocolate shake. It was absolutely awesome! If you meditate and reach zen...it's like that. These special shakes are a bit pricier...$9 but OMG... and if you go somewhere else it's pretty comparable. It's real ice cream... I asked...I don't do shake machines. So that's it! we rolled out of the seats and blobbed our way back through the mall. Everything was great. Best juiciest burger! He never ask how I wanted it (I like it med well) but when I got it I was really pleased. Perfect! I liked the way the tables are set up, and the food came fast. He was really nice. If I knew I was going to review I'd have gotten his name. Not the grumpy (awe, Dad's home now-he wants to watch the news-better turn off the Flintstones) guy but the other one. I left a really big tip and I'll go back. And that concludes my Johnny Rockets adventure. Good place...now if my grandson will go home to his dad- summers done (he's breaking my wallet and hogging the remote ... doesn't do dishes... always playing fortnite..) you get the idea......

Our visit to Johnny Rockets at the Palisades Mall in West Nyack, NY, was absolutely fantastic! Daniela, our waitress, was phenomenal and made our dining experience truly memorable. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

The food was a hit with the whole family. The kids loved their burgers and chicken strips, which were cooked to perfection. Mom's grilled chicken breasts were juicy and flavorful, and Dad's smokehouse burger was an absolute delight. Every dish was fresh, delicious, and exceeded our expectations.

The restaurant itself was incredibly clean, and the staff was courteous and professional. We couldn't have asked for a better dining experience. Highly recommend Johnny Rockets at the Palisades Mall for a fun,...

I called in the order at 4 or 3 p.m. for Johnny rockets and the estimated delivery order was 4:35 p.m. up to 4:45 pm. I received the order at 5:12 p.m. this was more than 30 minutes past the expect the time. I reached out to seamless customer service and all they sent me was a 10% coupon off the next order and failed to rectify the existing order. I called in to Johnny rockets restaurant and spoke to Humberto. I asked him specifically to redo the order after he clearly stated that the order had been sitting there for over 20 minutes pending the delivery driver Lionel.
