Don't forget about Apple's restrictions on small repair shops like these, although it is not Accessory Outlet's fault, Accessory Outlet cannot go back fix software related problems that pop up when they repair your phone.

I came here to fix the back glass of my iPhone 12 pro max, was charged $180 for this and got it back in about an hour. The glass was repaired, thank you Accessory Outlet... but I noticed that my phone was not fastened back together properly. The screen, outer metal case and back glass were loose and the layers were coming apart on the top right corner. Another issue I noticed was that the color of my display was different. The colors all looked way too saturated and threw me off. The iPhone gave me a warning that it does not recognize the screen on my device and I cannot get this resolved. Apple will not go in and remove this warning because they didn’t perform the repair and Accessories Outlet does not have the ability to clear this either. True tone on your iPhone will be removed because of this.

I give them 2 stars because the guy who talked to me was cool, the back glass was repaired and looks nice. However, they did not fasten it back together properly and my display...

Horrible, aggressive, and condescending employees.

I went to this kiosk because the screen protector they had put on my phone several days ago was chipped within three days of use without any major fall.

The salesman then attempted to educate me over and over again about how long a screen protector is supposed to last and accused me of mistreating my phone, even though I asked him to stop and that I just wanted the replacement and to leave.

Will never return again, absolutely awful. They have two teenagers running this place with zero respect for anybody.

The only redeeming moment was when the owner Russell was able to support me after 15 minutes of stress and being yelled at by two teenage employees.

My suggestion to Russell: HIRE BETTER. These kids will ruin...

If this is the outlet in the palisades mall right beside best buy there is an employee here who have no integrity. I was charged for replacing a screen when my screen was never replace. But I blame my self because if I had any knowledge about fixing a phone I wouldn't have gone there to get scam. I just hope other read all reviews and don't make a bad decision like I did. I will never ever go back here not even...
