Crocs at Palisades Mall — Local services in Town of Clarkstown

To whoever is in charge of the Crocs at Palisades:

What process do you go through to pick your managers? The store manager is absolutely TERRIBLE. She is a nasty person and does not want to help anybody. All she wants to do is sit in the back and do nothing. When she came on the floor she was of absolutely no help. You can tell she is only there for the money, not helping anyone out. Since I had such a bad experience I went to a different location and the manager was so helpful and nice, he was a great help since I couldn't get the help I needed at Palisades. Why can't you hire more managers like the one at Woodbury?

Back to your terrible manager named Francis at Palisades, I've had many friends who have gone to this location too and they've not had anything good to say about any of the employees there. None of them are helpful. There's always a huge line going outside that store that isn't worth waiting on if you're going to get bad service. On top of that the few times that I've been to the mall I have physically seen this store closed for what I think is the whole day with no note or anything. This is the type of people you want running your company? Lazy people who have talked about the most outrageous topics that are meant for the workspace. You must fire this entire management staff and find a new one. I've also read the reviews recently on the Google page it’s disgusting how you let these people get away with their actions. Another reason why you should find a completely new staff. On top of that, this staff doesn't even want to help anyone out they genuinely just want to stand behind the counter and talk amongst each other.

It is so appalling how you let such bad people run a very popular store. The staff at this store made me not want to support this company at all. Your staff reflects how good or bad your sales are and by the looks of it, doesn't...

Crogs store palisades mall, nyack ny This store has A great selection much inventory defined the sizes in the styles you want. The reason for only three stars is because the staff there is very unpolite seems like nobody wants to be working... I had to just do a simple return and it was like a big inconvenience for them, so many girls doing nothing just looking at each customers with attitude face, I left fast because I didn’t feel...

Today i went to crocs palisades mall at 2:30pm they didnt allow us to enter the store by saying we r closed for lunch and we will be back at 3:00 pm... At 5:15 pm on same day i went again and the store was totally closed with lights off without any schedule... 7 customers were outside guessing wether its open or close not a single notice or information was on the doors...What type of brand is this?Btw google was showing closing time...
