The worse experience ive ever had to deal with. I went there twice to return some thing and both times i got attitude just because i brought it at another charlotte russe lol i was told to return it to the charlotte russe i got it from all because they didnt have what i was returning i called customer service and was told something will be done.. guessing because im not the only whos witnessed them being rude not only the managers but employees as well. I got my favorite dress from here! I am anxious to finally wear it when it gets warm and I love this dress! Went last week at 6:20pm and at 6:30pm they were already locking the doors and only letting customers out because they were getting ready to close at 7pm. They were also shouting that the store was closing in 30mins, change your business hours to 6:30pm if you're not going to let customers in after that time.
