I’ve been a DSW customer for more than 20 years, and I had never had been disrespected the way I was disrespected today by Jessica/Stefania the store manager. I had purchased a pair of shoes that I received in a very bad condition, they looked like if they had been worn before they mailed them to me. So today I went to the store at the palisades mall, which is the closest to my home, and when i tried to returned them the store manager went crazy on, by accusing me of bringing a pair of used shoes! That what was i thinking? I couldn’t explained to her that, that’s how i received the shoes. She throw the shoes in the box and throw the box at me and walked away. Nor that i was insulted and mistreated, but i was called a lier! Who in this world called someone a lier without evidence of her accusing me of having wore the shoes?! She also had the nerve when I asked her on how could I fix another pair of shoes that I had bought and now they are falling apart, her answer was “this shows are fashion shoes and they are not meant to be worn everyday all day” So what if i want to wear those shoes all day? It is my choice and they are mine to wear! The cashier who was helping me in the beginning looked at me and moved away. I found this experience very disturbing and horrible as a customer. If anyone who is above these managers at the palisades mall on august 10, 2022 Please make sure they receive proper training on how to care for their customers. Read moreI want to share my experience so the store manager can be aware. My family and I went to your location the Saturday of Easter. It was very close to closing. While looking for a pair of shoes the lights went out. Pitch black I had my 6yr old with me who I did everything by talking to her to stay calm. Keep in mind she is extremely scared of the dark. While cx’s was asking to please turned the lights on the team members was to busy saying the store is closing. Light then came out. We proceeded to checkout the cashier was unapologetic and laughing when my husband ask bout being compensated or a satisfaction discount to the cx. She then called the supervisor or we explained the pain we went through and out child and she was unapologetic until the end. She then stated there’s nothing she can do which I express to her that’s totally totally not true. Then eventually she provided us with 10%off. Also another cx stated she thought the store was getting robbed. She also claims at closing the lights automatically shuts off. This is terrible terrible terrible service. Something needs to be done like rethink of making an announcement to your cx’s instead of jus turning lights off especially when your cx’s have little children with them. I highly Do not recommend...

Went back to look for because they told maybe they put them back.
