Ms. Amanda Ripa, Assistant Store Manager at the 100 Snake Hill Road Extra Space Storage facility in West Nyack is a real treasure - a consummate professional with so much heart ! She calmly and confidently helped us navigate through the ‘system’ long distance, because we wanted to help a friend pay his monthly unit charge, in one of your CT facilities. She was friendly, helpful and patient, and tirelessly explored every possible avenue to assist us, and also reached out to the other storage space, in question. In short, she generously and kindly took time to cut through ‘red tape’ . In the end, we will have to drive to CT to help make his payment because he has to do some data updating, in person, but now the necessary steps are clearly understood, thanks to Ms. Ripa. We also inquired about renting space at the West Nyack facility and are very impressed at the cleanliness and security measures in place, and the strong sense of knowledge, expertise and compassionate authority that Ms. Ripa displays....

I could not recommend this facility and it's manager, Allie, more.

After going to what felt like nearly every single storage company in the Rockland County area to compare amenities and prices I was blown away at how much this location and Allie stood out, and how high the bar was set. Her professionalism and knowledge, combined with her patience and flexibility in being able to answer all of my questions and cater to the needs of my business made the decision of going with this location a no-brainer.

There is zero question as to where I'm sending my family and friends for any future storage needs. And if you're reading this because you're unsure as to what location you want to use- look no further. Or do look elsewhere, but it'll be a waste...

This is my first time ever leasing a storage unit and when i decide to look for one on google in the west nyack area, Extra Storage popped up first with 5 star rating. seeing that attracted me immediately, i showed up and Allie Fogerty assisted me right away. i was very pleased and impressed on how professional and courteous she presented herself. while Allie was preparing my storage lease she took a moment to take me on a tour of the storage facility to show me where my storage unit was going to be located and let me tell you this place is upright, while we walk around the facility I've notice on how clean and spotless this place is, even the restrooms where immaculately clean.
