I had to write a review because of how fantastic this entire experience was. I really hope this place becomes so popular that it becomes a staple to every mall the same way “Hot Topic” and other stores have. First off, the staff was so friendly and kind (not just nice but “kind”) that I genuinely felt like I wanted to spend my entire day there. When explaining everything, they were thorough, knowledgeable and it was clear that they understood first timers may need clear explanation that wasn’t overly complicated. There were 29 “missions” available to play at the West Nyack location in the Palisades Mall. The timer starts and stops with each room, so you are not wasting money if a room (a mission) is in use while you wait. Even while busy, the wait was never more than a few minutes. So you actually get your 90 minutes of “play time” (or whatever amount you pay for). The rooms were clean, or as clean as can be expected depending on what each game was. Some missions could have been better explained on the information pad outside the room, but at the same time, over explaining could have taken away from the challenges.. so I was happy to just redo a couple of missions until I understood. It’s also worth noting that there was staff around and available to answer questions/ asking if you needed anything. I have to say if you are a parent looking for things to do with your children, I highly recommend going here. A lot of the rooms are like stepping inside of a video game.. not VR or screens.. Just a room with a mission. Some require you to think, some require strength and/or agility, some require teamwork or all of the above.. and all tell you in advance which level of each is needed. Again, taking your children to places like “bounce” with trampolines etc. is fun for them but after an hour bouncing gets old.. often with miserable staff that shouldn’t be allowed to work with children.. I am genuinely impressed with the staff at Time Mission. I am genuinely grateful for the experience. We will most certainly be going back more than a few times. It is also well priced and you definitely get your money’s worth. I would recommend doing the full 90 minute time slot otherwise you will be wishing you had! Thank you to the staff for such an inviting and comfortable experience. I look forward to...

The situation could have absolutely been solved and avoided. The manager walked away from me when I went over to find out what was happening. The manager would not tell me what happening so I could not resolve the conflict. It was a disgusting display of humanity. Apparently, my friend thought he paid for a ticket, but he did not. He tapped his phone onto the machine and thought he paid for a ticket. This could’ve easily been resolved if the manager would have come to the table and spoken to me about what happened. I could have easily paid for the ticket and everything would’ve been avoided. This manager needs sensitivity training. I will be contacting the Americans With...
Read moreA couple of weeks ago we came to this venue with a group of friends hoping to enjoy it for a birthday celebration. There was a bit of confusion regarding operating hours, and we were unable to be accommodated that evening. I did write a review on here expressing my disappointment. Within 48 hours the CEO of the company reached out to make it right. We returned last night with our group and had a blast. The venue is clean, interactive, great for all ages and skill levels, and the team member that did our orientation was kind, patient, and informative. The GM John was accommodating, and made sure our group was well cared for. The kids and adults alike had a great time. A little customer service goes a very long way, and I’m pleased to note that our group will be back, and spreading the word. This is a hidden gem for fun in...
