I went to Lynn with a large order for custom sweatshirts just before Christmas. She took her time to help me with the details of my order to make sure everything was just right and stayed in close contact, showing me mock-ups of the designs. In just 2 weeks they were ready for delivery and they were beautiful. Everyone who received one as their Xmas gift loved it.....except for Michelle whose name is spelled Michele. I went back explaining that I had made a mistake and asking if they could help me fix it. They had it back to me the next day looking as if the name had never been misspelled and didn’t charge me a thing to fix it, even though the mistake had been mine.
